The first phase of a comprehensive, on-campus Replacement and Expansion project for Central baptist hospital, was this 832 car Parking Structure. The garage was strategically located on the dense site to avoid the footprint of the future patient tower in the next phase, while still providing displaced parking for patients and staff during construction. The garage was structurally designed to add a bridge connection to the 7th floor of the new hospital, allowing Medical Office patients and staff access to this office floor which is located above the patient floors below, and avoiding hospital circulation pathways below.
