This 62,738-square-foot project consists of a 32,000-square-foot addition and a 30,738-square-foot remodel. The addition includes a single story, 32-bed addition on the north side, a single-story, 60-bed skilled nursing facility, and administration and wellness space on the south side. Additional parking and miscellaneous site work was also provided. The 110-bed existing space was
renovated and several rooms were also repurposed into bariatrics facilities including ceiling lifts and expanded bathrooms with showers.

Foundations are cast-in-place concrete. Floor is concrete slab-on-grade. Construction above foundation walls are wood fram with brick and vinyl siding. Roof is framed with wood trusses covered with plywood sheathing and asphalt shingles. Interior is wood stud partitions with gypsum board, acoustical tile ceilings, metal door frames, wood doors, resilient and ceramic tile and carpet floors, cabinets, mechanical, and electrical work.
