March 25, 2016 – Altus was awarded the opportunity to design a replacement critical access hospital and clinic for Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi, Louisiana. Currently, the Altus team is working through concept design options.
December 14, 2015 – The 80,000 square foot CHI Health Academic Medical Center – University Campus construction is progressing and the building is taking shape. Construction is anticipated to be complete in Fall 2016.
The 2-story medical center will include space for primary care physicians, specialists, imaging, laboratory, physical therapy, and 24-hour pharmacy and emergency departments. The building will have 64 outpatient exam rooms for use by 30 physicians working in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, cardiology, orthopedics, and other areas. Space for clinical research will be included within each clinic module. Physical therapy and occupational therapy will be located on the lower level, as well as meeting space for community members and Creighton University’s medical students.

December 2015 – Trinity Health and Lourdes Health System selected Altus Architectural Studios, and local architect Environetics, to provide architectural and design services for a new 30,000 square foot clinic, to be located in Camden, New Jersey. Our team is looking forward to the project kick-off.
Altus provided architecture and design services for the newly completed CHI Health clinic near 161st and Maple streets in Omaha, Nebraska. An open house was held in January to celebrate the opening of the new facility.
