Project Description:

Altus was selected to provide architectural planning and design services for an existing residential facility for developmentally disabled individuals.

The project includes a total renovation to make the facility more functional and accommodating for its clientele. Items included in the renovation include the creation of three distinct suites with resident sleeping rooms (designed to be both comfortable, durable, and secure), a new commercial kitchen and resident dining area, new flooring, and upgraded industrial occupational level heating and cooling systems. Secure access points between connective spaces were also required.
