Project Description:

In preparation for expansion, Scooter’s Coffee looked to update their brand with the remodel of one of their busiest stores. Sticking to their familial roots, an eclectic home was the design inspiration for the interior renovation.

A mixture of reclaimed lumber, penny-round tile, washed metal laminate, and black steel pipe add an interesting mix of textures throughout. A whimsical detail in the resin panels at the front counter and booths provide a contrast to the natural elements. A light, neutral color palette calms the glare of all the natural light flooding the space. But, to align with the company brand, the Scooter’s red was used as accents for the drink order and drink drop-off counters.

New furniture was selected, and existing re-arranged to create a variety of seating options from which patrons can choose. Booths provide privacy while lounge pieces paired with tables and chairs create a family room atmosphere.
