Project Description:

This new, full-service acute care hospital features advanced cancer care, cardiac services and women’s health services including Birth Center, C-section ORs and Level III NICU. Altus was retained to build out tenant spaces on levels 2 through 5 of the medical office building adjacent to the new Highlands Ranch Hospital. Seven separate clinics phased design and construction in order to complete the construction by opening day. Altus work included:

• General Surgery & GI Clinic
• Breast Surgery & Plastics Clinic
• Orthopedic & Neurology Surgery clinic
• Cardiac & Vascular Clinic
•  2 OB/Gynecology Clinics
• Large Combined Clinic for Colorado Head & Neck and an ENT proactive
• Two audio booths, featuring custom double-wall booth installation for structural accommodations
• Two large shared break rooms
• Hoteling Office Suite
