Kyle Adamson
AIA
Kyle Adamson has more than 20 years of architectural design experience. A decade of that time was spent focused exclusively on healthcare projects. He has played an instrumental role in planning and designing functional healthcare projects ranging from acute inpatient facilities, hospital renovations, new ground-up hospitals, outpatient clinics and medical office buildings.
Kyle’s earliest aspirations were to be a veterinarian or a Chicago Bears football player. His first real job was selling Cutco Knives (and he’s still pretty sharp!). These dreams and hands-on experiences added flavor to Kyle’s path toward becoming a licensed architect; this achievement is something he is most proud of today.
When he isn’t at work, Kyle focuses on enjoying family time, cooking, gardening, and golf. Rumor has it that Kyle hasn’t completely given up on his dream to participate in professional sports. He is a “pretty good” golfer and would not turn down the chance to play on the pro circuit if he had the chance one day.

Adam Bellamy
AIA, LEED-AP
Adam believes architecture influences our lives each day and the built environment impacts us in profound ways. The spaces we work in, live in, interact with each other in, create outcomes we’re just beginning to understand. Much of the reward he finds an architect is found in the ability to work through the unknown, and to facilitate problem solving and finding solutions. Each challenge presents a new opportunity, and different conditions require different complex responses. Adam finds serenity in the process.
Adam brings immense experience fulfilling the roles of designer, architect, project manager and construction administrator for healthcare facilities, collegiate campuses, corporate offices and local and state government facilities. He has a proven ability to manage interdisciplinary teams from concept design through construction, while persistently providing the highest level of service, dependability and dedication to the outcome of the project.
When not wearing his architect hat, Adam enjoys immersing himself in the world around him by traveling and exploring. He especially likes experiencing places he hasn’t been before.

PROJECT ARCHITECT
Michelle Draschil
AIA, LEED AP, BD+C, CDT
Michelle has been working in healthcare architecture since 2013 and has a passion for combining the disciplines of architecture and kinesiology as a means to link the human experience with perception and movement through space. It is from this lens that Michelle approaches every design project.
By carefully analyzing the way the human body moves within and through space, Michelle is able to directly translate those insights to bring innovative and functional plans to life for her healthcare clients. The resulting spaces are not only more appealing visually, but also created for the maximum efficiency and flow required by today’s healthcare institutions.
When she isn’t creating amazing healthcare spaces, Michelle likes to recharge by hiking and photographing the Colorado landscape, and camping and biking with her husband. Her latest creative hobby involves exploring nature via a brush and acrylic paint.

Dwayne Meyer
AIA, NCARB
Dwayne Meyer spent many days as a child in the sandbox. He and his two older brothers would create sheds from scrap lumber and boards to house their toy farm implements, each staking out a corner of the expansive, sandy area where they would pass the time. The boys’ “farms” were connected by roads, bridges and culverts. Ponds and reservoirs were added via the garden hose.
Dwayne didn’t know it at the time, but that early “rural planning experience” via the sandbox, and his ability to appreciate and adapt to any circumstance, led to his interest in a career in architecture. Today, with more than 20 years of healthcare architecture experience to his credit, Dwayne fills an essential role as a Senior Project Manager for the Altus team. From small-renovations and facility upgrades to large-scale health care system planning and design, Dwayne brings his tenacious approach to “getting the job done right” to every project he tackles.

Scott Nordstrom
AIA, LEED AP
Scott Nordstrom has extensive experience in planning, designing and illustrating a wide variety of project types including site analysis and layouts, healthcare facilities, retail, schools and renovations. He designs and illustrates the project site, floor plans, exterior and interior elevations in a cohesive way that is easily understood and appreciated by every client. Scott is an excellent communicator and project leader; his work allows project owners to easily visualize concepts, enabling them to make quicker decisions and keep projects moving forward. He is able to tap into both analytical and artistic skill sets; Scott is among the few experienced architects who still create hand-drawn, watercolor renderings to help clients visualize design concepts.
Scott has always enjoyed creating and building and was able to learn on the job by helping his father with construction projects. He is known for being generous with his time both on and off the job. Most recently, Scott designed and built a rustic-themed wedding barn for his daughter’s wedding and when he isn’t working at Altus or volunteering his time at church or in the community, he is generally involved in a variety of projects for the a seasonal tree farm that has been in his family for generations. DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Gabriela Wulff-Marcano
Gabriela Wulff-Marcano’s accounting career began quite early – at age five, in fact. At this young age, Gabi received a typewriter from her father as a gift and, combined with the 10-key adding machine he had on his desk, Gabi would play “office” day in and day out. By age seven, she received yet another present from her father – her own electric cash register. In addition to occupying her time, these gifts were the foundations for what would become a life-long passion for and pursuit of numbers, as well as a career in accounting.
Gabi was born in and grew up in Venezuela; an idyllic upbringing and her spunky personality blend nicely to foster the outgoing, adventurous spirit that is evident the very first time you meet Gabi. As the youngest of eight, she and her siblings (four sisters and three brothers) spent many summers at Puerto La Cruz, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. While in college, she worked as a receptionist at one of the largest hospitals in Caracas. Today, she is proud to live and work in the United States where “total freedom” is something she treasures and does not take for granted.
The same passion she brings to her role as Altus’ Director of Accounting is also found in her personal life. Along with her husband Aquiles, daughter Clarisa and their dog Chico, Gabi enjoys exploring – mountains, rivers, beaches or deserted islands – they are always ready to embark on another adventure together.
About Gabi:
